Each year we produce 4,000–4,500 tonnes of potatoes on 110 hectares of land. We use the most modern technology, irrigation and a responsible approach to plant protection products. Our production is GLOBAL G.A.P. certified. Explore each step of our process below.
Proper soil preparation ensures optimal growing conditions for potato crops. We use modern equipment for tillage and soil conditioning.
We use modern planting equipment and certified seed potatoes to ensure optimal growth and quality. The earliest varieties for young potato production are planted with a semi-automatic planter, while the main planting is carried out with an automatic combined planter equipped with a tiller for soil preparation, a planter and mouldboards for covering the potatoes.
We irrigate 100% of our planted potato area. We use a sprinkler system and draw water from wells.
Our team of agronomists monitors crops daily and provides expert recommendations for plant protection. Responsible use of plant protection products means complying with legal regulations, integrated plant protection and strictly following manufacturer instructions to protect the health of people, animals and the environment.
We start harvesting the first potatoes as early as June. We market that produce immediately. However, harvesting of potatoes for storage only begins at the start of August.
We use modern ventilation and cooling systems and can maintain the freshness and quality of potatoes until the end of spring the following year.
