Each year we produce 650,000–750,000 sweet corn cobs on 15 hectares of land. We use modern technology, irrigation and a responsible approach to plant protection products. Our production is GLOBAL G.A.P. certified. Explore each step of our process below.
Through inter-row cultivation we destroy weeds in the corn, break up the crust, and thereby improve soil aeration. At the same time we apply mineral fertiliser to the crop.
We irrigate 100% of our planted sweet corn area. We use a hose reel / gun sprinkler, and draw water from wells.
All sweet corn is harvested mechanically with a specialised sweet corn cob picker.
