Each year we produce 750–800 tonnes of wheat on 110 hectares of land. We use the most modern technology and a responsible approach to plant protection products. Explore each step of our process below.
Before sowing wheat, we plough potato fields.
We sow winter wheat at the end of October. We use a seeding combination of rotary tiller and seeder. We also sow declared, treated seed that is resistant to diseases.
We begin harvesting at full wheat maturity when the grain detaches from the plant. The ideal grain moisture content for combining ranges from 12% to 14%.
